Cleaning services during your stay
The suite is self-catering. That said, we do offer complimentary daily cleans.

Check-in time
Check-in is from 15h00. If you would like to arrive earlier, please WhatsApp (081 405 1503) one day prior to your check-in date and we will confirm whether this will be possible. We will gladly allow the flexibility when we do not have back-to-back bookings. Early arrival may come with a charge depending on how early you need access.
Check-out time
Check-out is strictly 10h00. Late check-out requests should also be sent via WhatsApp the day before departure; approval depends on the next booking and may attract a fee.
Parking
Guest parking is available right next to reception — more than enough spaces for arrivals and day-to-day use. Follow signs to the Zimbali Suites Concierge / reception when you enter the complex.
Access cards
During office hours, check in at the Zimbali Suites Concierge (on Level 5 if you are using the lift) where you will be given an access card for your suite.
Concierge hours: Sunday to Thursday 08h00–17h00; Friday and Saturday 08h00–19h00.
Transport to and from King Shaka Airport

What to pack
The unit is equipped with bath towels, a hairdryer, iron, ironing board, a clothing rack for wet towels and a spare blanket. Please bring your own beach towels.
Since the Zimbali Suites are self-catering apartments, you will need to provide your own consumables — extra toilet paper (cleaners will provide only one per day), food, and so on. We provide a once-off guest welcome pack on the day of arrival which includes coffee sachets, milk/coffee creamers, tea bags and sugar sachets for each guest, as well as shampoo, shower gel and hand soap for each bathroom.
You may want to pack your own insect spray since Zimbali enjoys a tropical climate.
If you are a keen golfer, pack your clubs for a round at the Tom Weiskopf Championship Golf Course at Zimbali Country Club — or rent clubs from the Club. Tennis or squash rackets are also useful if you would like a game on the estate courts.
