Please familiarise yourself with important check-in information as per below:
Check In / Out Times
Check in is from 15H00 and check out strictly 10H00. If you would like to check in earlier than 15H00 or check out later than 10H00, please Whatsapp Nosipho (079 969 1848) one day prior to your check in date and she will confirm whether or not this will be possible. We will gladly allow the flexibility, provided that we do not have back-to-back bookings. These requests may or may not come with a charge, depending on how early or late you would like to check in/out.
Access to your Suite
During office hours, you will be able to check in at the Zimbali Suites Concierge (on Level 5 if you are using the lift) where you will be given an access card for your Suite. Zimbali Suites concierge office hours are: Sunday to Thursday 08h00 to 17h00, Friday and Saturday 08:00 to 19:00.
Cleaning Services During your Stay
The Suite is SELF-CATERING. That said, we do offer complimentary daily cleans.
What to Pack
The unit is equipped with bath towels, a hairdryer, iron, ironing board, clothing rack for wet towels and a spare blanket. Please bring your own beach towels.
Since the Zimbali Suites are self-catering apartments, you will need to provide your own consumables – extra toilet paper (cleaners will provide only one per day), food consumables, etc. We will provide a once off guest welcome pack on the day of arrival which includes coffee sachets, milk/coffee creamers, tea bags and sugar sachets for each guest, as well as a shampoo bottle, shower gel, and hand soap for each bathroom.
You may want to pack your own tabbard / insect spray since Zimbali enjoys a tropical climate.
Lastly, if you are a keen golfer, you may want to pack your golf clubs to enjoy a round at the internationally acclaimed Tom Weiskopf Championship Golf Course, the Zimbali Country Club. Alternatively, if this is too much hassle, you are also able to rent golf clubs from the Club. You can also pack tennis rackets or squash rackets if you feel like enjoying a game on Zimbali’s tennis or squash courts.
Transport to and from King Shaka Airport
If you require transport from the airport, we recommend using Uber to find a driver
